Who We Are

Pygar LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) develops and publishes mobile applications available through Google Play. This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by Pygar LLC on Google Play. It explains what information is collected when you use our apps, how it is used, and your choices.

By using any of our apps, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Some apps allow you to optionally enter information such as a birth date to personalize features. Any such information is stored only on your device unless stated otherwise below.

Some apps store local preferences on your device, such as display settings, mode selections, unlock status, usage counters, and sound preferences.

We do not operate user accounts and do not collect your name, email address, or phone number through our apps.

Our apps are for entertainment or personal use and do not provide professional, medical, financial, or legal advice.

Advertising (Appodeal)

Free versions of our apps may display ads through Appodeal, which mediates ads from partner networks (which may include AppLovin, Meta, Mintegral, Unity Ads, Vungle, InMobi, Bigo Ads, and others).

These partners may collect information such as:

  • Device identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID)
  • IP address
  • App interactions (ad impressions and clicks)
  • Device type and operating system version

This data is used to deliver, measure, and personalize advertising. We do not control how third-party ad partners use this data. Please review their privacy policies:

You can limit ad personalization on Android via Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization, or reset your advertising ID. Where an app offers a Pro unlock, upgrading removes ads in that app.

In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing)

Some apps offer a one-time Pro upgrade through Google Play Billing. We receive confirmation of your purchase through Google Play to unlock Pro features. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Google’s privacy policy governs payment processing.

AI-Powered Features

Where an app offers AI-powered features, content you enter (such as journal entries or written text) is transmitted to a third-party AI provider to generate a response. This content is sent over an encrypted connection and is used only to produce your requested output. We do not use your content to train AI models. Such content is not sold and is not used for advertising.

Apps without AI features do not transmit entered content off your device.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as follows:

  • Google Play — for in-app purchase processing
  • Ad partners (via Appodeal) — for advertising in free versions
  • AI service providers — only where an app offers AI-powered features, to generate requested output
  • Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect rights and safety

Data Retention

Data stored on your device remains until you clear the app’s data, uninstall the app, or use in-app options to reset local data where available. Ad partners retain data according to their own policies.

Security

Data transmitted by ad SDKs and Google Play uses industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS). Local app data is stored in your device’s standard app storage.

Your Choices

  • Ads: Upgrade to Pro where available to remove ads, or use Android ad personalization settings
  • Purchases: Restore Pro via Google Play purchase restore where offered in the app
  • Local data: Clear app data or uninstall to remove information stored on your device

International Users

If you use our apps outside the United States, your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate, including the United States.

Children’s Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
